As Chef's we are dedicated, like many others, to Food. We have made it our life choice to create, inspire and produce dishes of the highest quality from produce of the same calibre. Our meats come from locally reared or British herds and that includes our Game also. Our fish is caught only from sustainable sources by British fishermen. Fruit, vegetables and dairy are procured locally where possible and Our Menu reflects the current season...we create the menu based on seasonality as we know that the produce we are using is at it's best during that period of the year.
